I admit I am so alarmed by the recent feeling I am having towards my health and I am scared. I am just 29 turning 30 this May but I feel old and tired fast. Got the feeling rheumatism in my hands and knees, gets tiresome easily and is having a swollen feet till knee high edema due to prolonged sitting.
