Senior Ibm Exec Bob Moffat Arrested With Insider Trading along with six people they were charged by the FBI on being involved with the largest hedge fund insider trading scam in the history of Wall Street. According to reports, the arrested parties include IBM SVP and GM Bob Moffat, Intel Capital Director of Strategic Investments Rajiv Goel, Raj Rajaratnam, partner in the $7B Galleon Investment Group.
