Sony to buy Gracenote for $260 million
Sony Corporation, America, will buy Gracenote Inc, a digital media company for $260 million excluding other consideration.
Both companies are expecting the deal to be closed by May. Gracenote, provides a software that allows compact discs to gather related information from the Internet will soon become a fully owned of affiliate of Sony.
