Citigroup Website Was Down
Some credit card holder of Citigroup Inc said that they were unable to access its Website last Monday but instead the company said they were working to fix the problem.
We experienced a systems issue that resulted in intermittent customer access to Citicards.com’s Account Online service,” the bank said in a late afternoon statement. “This is a temporary interruption and we anticipate that the site will be back up in the next few hours.
Citigroup didn’t immediately send statements on how many customers were unable to access the site or how long Web access had affected it.
New York branch of Citigroup is one biggest US credit card provider along with JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Bank of America Corp.
