Facebook Under A Lawsuit

New York Times reported that a former Harvard Student claims that the idea of the Facebook website was originally theirs, currently Facebook is polishing some settlements that this incident brought against them.

A motion for dismissal is expected within the week, but the accusation by the former Harvard students had been denied by the Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.

Accusations such as, that the Facebook founder stole the ideas while he was still working for them to write codes for a website called Harvard Connection.

Motions to dismiss the case against Facebook were expected within weeks, the New York Times said on its Web site, quoting a person briefed on the talks.

Facebook was founded back 2004 as a social site for students of Harvard University and spreads throughout other colleges and universities and now worldwide.
